Reporting Period for Invoicing: 

The Membership Staff will generate a report reflecting all members who paid between August 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025.

Remaining Monthly Reports through August 1, 2025: 

Beginning June 1, 2025, membership reports will be generated for the previous month, i.e., May 1, 2025 – May 31, 2025.

I.   2025 Individual Member Dues to NAREB

Membership categories are defined per the NAREB Constitution.

  Individual Broker (Licensed Broker)                                                                                                  $150.00

  Associate (Salesperson licensed under a Real Estate Broker)                                                            $85.00

  Allied Associate (Salesperson licensed under a non-member Realtist® Real Estate Broker)        $95.00

  Allied (Individuals, associations, organizations, partnerships, and corporations engaged in

                  businesses allied to real estate. Includes: mortgage bankers, architects, property managers,

                  rental agencies, public officers, city/state/federal housing officials, and others related to

                  real estate industry)                                                                                                                                    $125.00
