Lenny, a 36 year veteran of the finance industry, oversees a retail sales workforce of market leaders and originators to drive the development, implementation, and execution of national strategies to increase sustainable homeownership throughout the U.S. including affluent clients, LMI borrowers and diverse communities to impact CRA production utilizing relationships with non-profits, community based groups, and national trade organizations.

Lenny was named in Black Professionals and Savoy Magazines as one of the top 100 African Americans in Corporate America and is currently a Board Affiliate with NAREB.
